Is there any mods for instant ankle breaker? I just want to know if there is one on here.

Not that's been posted here. Most mods in this community involve current and historical rosters, updated player and team art, that sort of thing. We don't really dive into stuff like that, as it's often used to cheat online. Not an issue with NBA 2K17 anymore obviously, but yeah, it's not really something that's explored here.

I meant it for offline my career. I just want to learn how to create one that’s all.

Totally fair. As I said though, it's not something we really do here, so I'm not sure anyone around these parts knows how to do that.
