which turned out to be a GAME CHANGER
What this mod does is to modify the gameplay
:1.Optimizing penatration speed, animations and increasing blow-by animations(easier to blow-by);
2.Reducing the frequency of being forced to post moves;
3.Optimizing the contact animations while lay-ups , and slightly reduced charging foul frequency.

P.S. It is only tested in Quick Game mode, and there might be bugs. Make sure to backup.
