How to make jerseys?

I'm known for making rosters/jerseys on youtube for consoles (PS4) but I was always curious and intrigued to learn how to make jerseys on the PC. I haven't found one tutorial for that though, if there is one can someone link it. Thanks.

Do u even know how to find the jersey.iff files?
2k16 section probably has a tutorial.
I may have to make a video tutorial if no one responds. I haven't done jersey mods in months.
