Texturing Cyberfaces

I just saw TGsoGood's cyberface video and I get how to edit the bodies and all, but how do you replace the textures? Kind of new to all of this so if any one knows, help would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty much the same method. I believe he also went over textures very briefly.
