Sync.bin error? Downloading rosters w/offline servers

Hey guys!

1) So, I can't load old myleagues or rosters or draft classes. I get a corrupted file error. How can I fix this?

2) How can I download rosters now that servers are offline?

1> I had the same problem with offline rosters, so here how i fixed it :
- turn steam online
- launch the game
- create new x rostersx/draft classes
- exit game
- turn steam offline
- launch the game
- replace these new rosters/drafts by your saves or shared saves
- launch the game : loading rosters/drafts should work

2> someone has to share his roster/draft file

Which I find odd.

My brother was able to use the roster I sent him without ever going online.

He created the roster when steam was offline, went to the folder and replaced the roster he just created with the roster I sent him (renamed to appropriate roster name in order to overwrite, example Roster003), went into the game and it worked.

I sent the roster for Trevor the TGsoGood, maybe they can also chime in here on how they got it to work.

So I am Having a problem of even getting existing rosters to load, my league, etc. everything says it’s corrupted. I saved a new roster to see if it would load. Nope. Same problem. What the heck is wrong?
