How to change jerseys using CE

So I see how to change team names, court IDs, logos using CE.

1) For example, I changed the Thunder to Supersonics and have assigned them the 1996 courts, logos etc. I want the them to also have those same retro jerseys (96 jersey) that are already in the game? Is there an easy way to do this? If so, I can't find the tutorial. Thanks!

2) Where does the shorter-shorts mod go? Just in the mod folder? How does my roster know to use that mod. Do I need to change something in CE?

You can't change jerseys in CE, you have to overwrite the jersey files you want to replace in the modded folder. So locate the jerseys you want in 2K explorer, locate the file names of the jerseys you want to overwrite in CE, and rename the files to the jerseys you want to overwrite.
