Is it Possible to Convert 2k18 faces to 2k17?

Due to all the issues with 2k18, many people will still be on 2k17. Is there a way to convert those faces to 2k17?

I havn't been able to figure it out yet. The only faces I wanted from 2K18 for 2K17 was Shawn Kemp and Michael Jordan. I tried converting them in blender but had no luck.

Not sure if anybody figured it out.. also... don't hold your breathe in regards to people still being on 2K17, there will only be a few of us.
