How to Modify European Teams

Hey all, this is my first actual post and I am brand new at modding in general, not just 2k. I was wondering if anybody had any advice on how to edit the amount of players on Classic/Euro Teams. I mainly want to move all the Classic teams in order over on top of the Euro teams and then start making some new ones.
