Are the CF's from 2K16 transferable?

Can the CF's be used from 2K16, or did they change the process ?

This is something I've been trying to figure out since day one. The face.iffs work, but the pngs do not. I can use the face.iff of TMAC that IDC created for 2k16.
It would make it easier to get Nash in the game... but nobody has figure it out yet...

If the faces work, couldn't someone extract the face .iff from the 2k16 files and just put it in the waigua folder and use the trainer to set the face?
