Refresh the roster list, select the player you want to trade, press trade player. Go into MyCareer, player stats, refresh roster list, select the player you want to trade for and press trade player.

When you say highlight player, do you mean on the tool or in game? I hope you mean on the toollol

You edit that with some euroleaguer or something's face ID and then edit the iff filename accordingly.
