i'm perfectly sure that i've already done all the instructions, and repeatedly doing it a hundreds of times already, it is because its not working, so here's the last part, get your, edited .dds file with tattoo and import it in the iff editor, then you'll see the tattoos will be there, then save, now go back to 2k explorer, right click the highlighted color chest, then import your new .iff file then apply changes.. thats it right? but when i check the game, the tattoos are not there, so what i did is i keep on repeating the instructions. please help bro, it's still not working ((
