converting various 2k17 mods to 2k16

this is mainly on me needing help converting 2k17 jerseys for 2k16 since there's both a 30 Team Nike Jersey Pack and i've wanted to see if it's possible to convert that to 16? this also applies for courts, cyberfaces, etc but my main goal is converting the jerseys and shorts if possible.
