The eyes. It's very obvious when you compare them to the real life photo.

I'm sure you probably saw this too, you just haven't got to it yet.

Ok I suppose you mean this parte of the HeadShape 3D Model I highlighted in red...correct?

eyebrows I can correct...the other part I will look for tomorrow....what exactly you suggest eyebrow aside?

In real life they curve when they go in towards the nose. Your models eyebrows just go straight across, but then again it might just be the wrinkle that's making your player models eyebrows look off.

An image of your model in create a roster alongside the default one would make it clearer.

I need some feedback......do you thibk nose shoule be a little bigger?
Also does the forehead needs to be rounder?
Is the skintone correct or needs to be different shade?

I'll also fix hair to better cover headshape....

i will say yes the nose should be little bigger and shorter
and the hair i guess can imitate mike conley that one like this
last is about the beard i think should be shorter like just grow up

Trust me I can adjust hair the real problem is to improve headshape...BTW I edit nose and adjusted hair just a bit...now it's time to edit shape (more round) and eyes...

For the eyes part. Make sure you kinda give a black liner around the eye. KAT has very long-girlish eyelashes and if you give the eyes a black outline it might look closer to KAT.

Truth be told I'm not feeling this at all, the face is WAY off, I understand that most are worried about the hair, but for right now the 2K model is definitely the way to go. Hope you can continue to improve this further.

i think you should try making his forehead shorter and adjust the nose abit then it should be okay

nice mate, maybe you should import default model of KAT then the model you use for new KAT and just edit with sculpt mode so then look like default one , side edit in wireframe mode ;) and then just delite default model and rename second model from player 001 to player and export :) that what i do with barton :) it's easy like that try it if you want :)

Problem is I don't know much about sculpt mode...can you give me some hint?

Since now I've done what you're suggesting but with edit mode proportional...

Sculpt mode is awesome I hope I can recreate KAT shape better now!

Sculpting is....awesome but requires a lot of time....BTW just a preview images of KAT entirely done with Blender Sculpting

done some fixes for the shape and eyebrews and made the bottom of the nose bigger...
