Action shots by everest9 Various teams AS pack 9 added

Does anyone know how to edit the action shots? here is what I am doing:

Find image from Getty Images, convert to .dds
Load up Explorer tool and find appropriate player to edit action shot

From there, I have no idea how to get the image to change as I don't know what I am doing wrong... can someone post a tutorial or walk me thru how to properly edit a .dds to look like 2K images and then how to replace the 2K image with my own downloaded image using the explorer tool and get it to properly show in game?

Well for starters, you'd have to make the image DXT5, and then you have to make an alpha channel so the image has no background.

Then to import, you don't use the Explorer. You use this:

Anyway i need a help! In MyLeague franchise some new players which came in summer (Ellis, Budinger, Christmas, Robinson, etc.) have generic action shots. Like thye are not in team and was traded. Anyone have the same thing?

I guess they have no AS because they are generic players with generic faces and portraits.
