Well, this past few weeks, I've been into the "healthier" side. I started to have a diet, which is very hard for me since I am used to eat our staple food which is rice. Currently I am just taking oatmeal with fried meat and fruit every meal and I do jogging every weekends. I just want to ask if you can suggest me a program or a diet in which I can have my belly to become sort of a flat (my waist line is 35 btw) but not with the six pack thingy, and also can you share some songs which I can listen every time I do jogging?
