I'm looking for a program to capture the 2K13 gameplay. Which one is the best on, according to your experiences ?
Sorry for my English. Linsanity (we remember)

I don't have any problems with Fraps. The free version should be fine, unless you really want to capture video for long periods of time.

Fraps is fine if you want to convert/edit later. I use Dxtory and it can compress/encode on the fly to VFW codecs on your system in a different resolution than the one you are playing, can record dual audio for microphone/game tracks, but it has a lot of settings that can be tweaked to get better capturing performance among different games. I have heard good things about PlayClaw as well.
