What's a good free web hosting site?

I want to start a live 2004 franchise/dynasty site so I don't need a lot of space but i don't want to pay for it either. Any suggestions? Anybody with good experience with these sites, I'd like to hear what you have to say.

I use http://www.brinkster.com, quite genorous with space.
You get 30mb for free. videos and mp3 can't be uploaded thought.

Which sucks BTW, cause I wanted to show you guys my freak thumb on video

Thanks fellas, I'd like a site where i can put videos on--I 'd prolly pay btw15-20 bucks a year for it. Any other suggestions?

BTW-how would i convert WMV file to a WMA file?
