Andrew, can you make it possible to upload a sig from your hard drive?

Sorry, that's not possible - however, Slam harder posted a site that offers free image hosting and allows remote linking - I don't have the link handy, but I could dig it up.
By the way, you might want to reduce your signature a little - the limit is 500 wide by 250 high. Some latitude will be given if it's slightly bigger, but your current signature is just a little too big. Thanks.
