Electronic Arts Sports has made NBA Live 13 on PC platform.
I can't say so much because you have to accept the rules on EA site before you will start downloading Alpha Test Version v.1.0.
What I can say is you can choose some of the modes like exhibition, dynasty or practise mode. I've found this beta on origin server files so it's crazy
This game has some bugs like giving random errors etc. but if you want to try how NBA Live 13 looks on PC here's the download link:
