Who will win?
Sun Nov 11, 2012 9:11 am
Just give us Manny vs. Floyd.
I am actually tired seeing these two fight. But nonetheless, with a heavy heart, I think Manny will still take this one.

Pacquiao in a Split Decision. Marquez still think he won will challenge Manny again and we will have Pacquiao Marquez V.

+1
We all want to see Manny vs "Money"!

Well we have our answer Pacquiao loses by KO to Marquez.
Sun Dec 09, 2012 4:12 pm
wow, the whole world was stunned! tsk tsk that was just only a second left
Sun Dec 09, 2012 4:15 pm
I thought Pacquiao was dead right there. Scary fall...

Manny shouldn't have accepted this match in the first place. Now Marquez has more reasons why he is better than him. And Mayweather has more reasons why he shouldn't fight Pacquiao.
Sun Dec 09, 2012 6:37 pm
And not a single fuck was given this day.

Chino Trinidad calling that Manny's "lifeless body". Seriously, that guy shouldn't be called a sports journalist.
The fight was a show of great exchanges from both fighters. I think Pacquiao got complacent when he moved forward, he usually moves to his opponents' side before making a punch.
Now Marquez's spirit can rest and Floyd will cut a promo.
Manny's mother blamed born-again Christians because of this loss. Welcome to the Philippines.

Thank you Lean, for that insight. Most people's reaction are 'OMG HE GOT KNOCKED OUT HE SUXORS OLD NOW LOLOLOLOL' where they don't realize in boxing that there is
always the threat of that one punch going through and ending it all. Pacquiao got careless and introduced his face to Marquez's fist which ended up with Pacquiao's face meeting the canvas.

lol. Someone should suggest to Pacquiao that this could be a sign from God for him to retire boxing just to see how he would react.

That's just ridiculous. I even heard some discussions here about some ritual Manny does before the fight has changed.

Sad day for us Filipinos, but meh...
For me his legacy was already sealed, and never shall it be tainted.

But gotta give Marquez the recognition! Amazing fighter he is! At the age of 39! :O

It's a clean punch, a clean win for Marquez. Pinoys won't have any excuse for that. It's only a sign that Manny should retire and/or just focus on a field his (useless) peers tell him to do: politics, his lame show business career, or just continue to fight.
But I admit, as much as I hate how Manny was booked to be a national hero or icon or god or what not -- that's a scary way to end a match.

That's crap. Religion has nothing to do with this.

True, that's true. He has nothing more to prove. He's a 10-time, 8-division champ, already richer than the entire Philippines itself. He should worry about his health.

Marquez is steroidal, an Illuminati perhaps.

Yeah his urine is his steroids.

No one can tell. He could have not been cleared if he's on 'roids.

Chavit simply disappeared when Manny lost. Talk about "friendship".
Retirement is just the best thing to do.

I think Manny's change of religion changes him a lot.. When he is a congressman, a pastor serving for his new religion, then he looses his killer instinct when fighting inside the ring

"Pacquiao gave us 10 world titles in 8 divisions, a world record. Lost today, people started to discredit & mock him. Incredible."

It is because of those people that are only "proud" to be a Filipino when he wins.
