phpBB Installation (need help)

A friend of mine gave me some webspace to make a forum for games. I'm stumped though. I'm on the installation page but these are the fields that I don't know how to fill out:

Your Database Name:
Database Username:
Database Password:

Someone help me, thanks.

That's information your friend should know. If not, get him to ask his host for those details.
