Screw Walking 5K - FLoB!

So I've been watching this guy (Kurt) with a wicked radio voice walk in a (fairly) straight line in Minecraft for about 7 months now. While it is as exciting as it sounds, he did a successful fundraiser for Child's Play charity raising over $8,200. Since he reached the goal he will be doing an 8h20m livestream Saturday.
Essentially, before version 1.8, if you ventured the distance of 33% of the circumference of Earth in one direction you would reach this crazy glitched out area that Notch called "The Far Lands". If you were to walk in a perfectly straight line it would take 820 real life hours to get there.
So yea, after 94 episodes, all ~20 minutes each, the series has become nothing but a video blog that for some reason fascinates me.
