Is there a site/sites for Madden 2004 patches/rosters?

I tried to find a site for madden that's like nlsc, but I can't find one that has downloadable rosters and graphics patches or tools & editor programs. I especially wanted to edit madden like I've edited live, and the live tools don't work for madden (maybe there are no tools for it yet).
Does anybody know of a good madden site?
