My Paint.Net failure

So, I started playing around with Paint.Net yesterday, because of the same request I had in the other thread, so suddenly I got hooked. Here are some of my first tries.

Wanted to try doing something with the CL final, but didn't turn out exactly as I expected. Some different variations:

Yeah, I really like that effect as well, I've been overusing it so far (3 out of 7 sigs have that effect). I can give it a try without players and date there (saved the file separately before).

what kind of effect is it? it looks like the reflection off of a trophy
