How much will a graphic card cost that can run NBA 2K11 maxed out?
Sat Mar 19, 2011 12:55 pm
my 512mb 8800GT ran it max, so you should be able to get one <$100
Sat Mar 19, 2011 1:23 pm

go look at all my videos on youtube.com/jaosming
all that was recorded with fraps, on a computer running 1 512mb 8800gt
if you want to spend some money, I just upgraded last week to a 1G 560 Ti, which retails for $250, and that should keep me happy for a few years....but to run NBA 2K11 maxed, a 8800gt did fine (although I do have a nice processor too)

JaoSming will a Intel GMA 3100 run 2k11 good?
Sat Mar 26, 2011 8:24 pm
Fuck no. That won't run much of anything modern well.
Sat Mar 26, 2011 11:29 pm
intel anything isnt going to run anything post 2004 good....and maybe not even that. If you are looking at laptops, you need something with a dedicated ati or nvidia video card ideally.

does a 1GB RAM, 1GB video card and 2.5 GHz processor can run 2k11 smooth?
Mon Apr 18, 2011 10:25 am
Not on maximum details, more RAM and a better processor would be required (unless you're talking about a Dual or Quad Core there).

Andrew, how bout mine? Amd athlon II X2 245 (2.9Gghz) )+ Inno 3d gf210 1gb 128bit video card?

You don't even mention what processor and what video card it is, so how are we supposed to know?
Mon Apr 18, 2011 4:00 pm
intel dual core 2.5GHz and I'm planning to buy video card NVIDIA or ATI with 1GB memory and I have 1GB RAM.. how's that?
Mon Apr 18, 2011 4:06 pm
More specific on what type of video card.
Mon Apr 18, 2011 5:08 pm
I don't have idea, I'm just planning to buy for now.. specifically with 1GB memory bro? is it ok?
Mon Apr 18, 2011 5:14 pm
No, not necessarily. 1GB isn't enough if the card is like the one angry tomato has.
Mon Apr 18, 2011 5:24 pm
You mean, my video card is not that good/great for gaming? (don't know anything about pc, cars, big bikes, etc = angrytomato)
Mon Apr 18, 2011 5:47 pm
Not really, well, not anything fancy at least.
Some benchmarks here:
