GameGuard Issue- For Online Games

Hi, I'm having a weird problem. I'm currently playing online games that uses GAMEGUARD. Everytime I open an online game (automatically game guard will load up too) the game can connect to the Internet obviously I can play. But when I try to open a browser (chrome, firefox, IE) it won't even load a page or any websites. I can't figure out why this is happening and it's so frustrating because even after the game closes and gameguard closes, the internet won't work properly again until I restart the computer. Once I restart however, everything is fine.

I tried to disable my AVG firewall and still the same. I'm asking to all computer experts out there maybe you can help me with these.
