You could just give it to the most helpful member in the active sections of the forums (2K11 section?), excluding mods and admins of course.
Or have a contest for patchers. Create x amount number of quality patches that you think is needed by most of the community (or need for your Kotaku covered NCAA mod!), winner gets the code.

Dude I just ordered a new PC. You might know I have had this current old PC for 5 years with a intel integrated 910 chipset and 506MB RAM. I have no console and havent played a high end game ever.
