I guess that's what happens when you body is built up to such massive proportions as Malone's is. Lifting weights doesn't make you head bigger in proportion to the rest of your body unfortunatley.

Yep, it looks like a fake me too, if you closely look that picture that some parts are wierd on the left hand [in our eyes, right hand on Malone] .. i think that someone have used Photoshop, and used some transform and smudge tool .. but okay, that is only my opinion

after looking at it for along time i have came to the conclusion that there is nothing worng with the picture, at first it looks strange and u think it must be a fake, but if u look at it, it is prefectly fine, the thing that makes it look strange is just that Malone's arms are way bigger than the normal mans.
