The uncle is. I'm sure his intentions were good but did he have to be all extra and ghetto while trying to prove his point? And he didn't have to bring whatever was going on in his household on the internet like that. Beat his ass and leave it at that. No need for cameras. It's almost like he's trying to put up a front and show off. Of anything he probably made the situation worst by embarrassing his nephew like that and imagine how school must be for him now. That's just my opinion though. I still got a good laugh out of it and I'm sure the boy learned his lesson.

The ass whoopin' didn't hurt him, but posting that video to a million viewers did. He did it to embarrass the kid, and it worked.
