Help Oz spend his microsoft points

Wed Dec 29, 2010 3:11 am

So heres the deal: i got some MP for xmas. Spent 400 on Hydro Thunder last night. Added 20 bucks of my own.

Now have 2800 points to spend. Looking at getting 1 game on demand (full game) and saving the rest for arcade games that go on sale.

Suggestions?

Current Nominees:
Burnout Series (which one?)
Beautiful Katamari (deceptively awesome games)
Need for Speed Series

Arcade Game suggestions? Not a big fan of Trials HD after the demo. watching the daily sale to hopefully get most bang for my buck

TRIALS HD!!!!~``!!11`12!!!!

Limbo, Hydrophobia, Worms 2, and Shadow Complex are all arcade games you should look at.

Games on Demand is a ripoff. You can goto a gamestop and find better prices....I would stick with Arcade games and DLC for games you own for your points.

Katamari is 8 bucks cheaper than i can get it at gamestop. I'd agree 90% are rips, but i live in south carolina, the prices stay high on alot of games im guessing because we dont have the high population to keep a steady influx of games flowing through gamestop. My mom had to try like 4 different ones for batman.

Also, as far as DLC: theres maybe 2-3 games i own i want the DLC for and the DLC costs too much (coughcoughfallout3coughcough). I'd rather get a whole new game and play it than extend a game i'm sick of.
