What font is this?

whoa, crickets in the photoshop section. anyways, just wondering if any of the crickets can help me identify the font here

i'm interested in the back of the jersey that says "RIchardson"

although if you know what's on the front, that would be nice too

HERE is the link to the NBA fonts pack from Eriq Jaffe. It's a bit dated (nothing new from 2005-on) but it's useful in some instances.
