Hi I was wondering did any of you used to collect the ''One on One'' basketball magazine? I think it is incorporated by Pro Basketball Today now though.

Yes, I used to get them until they folded and were absorbed by their sister publication Pro Basketball Today.

Andrew, did you get the July 1999 edition? Because in the Dr.Hoop section it had a Guard Workout and I'm a guard and that was one of the few issues I missed.

There was no July 1999 issue. The June 1999 issue was the last before it was absorbed into PBT.

I only know the details because I had a subscription to One-on-One and they sent me a letter when it folded, offering to transfer my subscription over to PBT.

It would be cheaper to subscribe to Slam than buy it every month. Conversely, it's probably cheaper to buy PBT rather than get a subscription.

There's a pretty good discount when you subscribe to Slam - that's what makes a subscription cheaper.

The current deal is One Year for $12.97 plus $15.00 postage. You end up saving 50% off the cover price.
