Am I supposed to do squat exercises and heel raises to improve strength of calf and quad? Then, would I need to improve flexibility and jumping exercises to improve vertical? Am i right? Anyone that trained this could give me some help? Thanks!!

Someone should let me know when I'm pushing it. It's just too obvious.

wearing weights fucks with your joints if you do it wrong. if you're gonna wear weights do your research.
