This cannot be done.

My $400-$500 laptop can run 2K10 so smoothly that it feels like its playing on Xbox 1. I'll sell it to you for $700.

You need a dedicated video card in your laptop to run 2k10 smoothly on decent setting, but the problem is decent video card equipped laptops are costy.

Anyways I do not understand why people would play games on laptop as it is hella tougher. Screen is small, keyboard is small, less adjustable environment, plus more disadvantages. Unless your situation forces you to, I'd always get a custom gaming computer over gaming laptop. 4870X2 will run almost every games at max, and try running a dual monitor. That build now days won't cost you too much but gaming experience will be just crazy. Totally worth it, if you can afford to...

I only really play Half-Life and the first two Fallouts on my laptop. The fact that it can barely handle games like 2K10 and Bioshock is a nice perk.

Get a macbook pro. Only problem is they cost a bit more than your budget, but worth it. I run 2k10 on medium at 50 fps with the entry level 13 inch model. I myself use a tricked out 8 core mac pro with 4 graphics cards.
