How many Languages do you know?

just wondering how many languages everyone here knows and how good they know them.

for me
English (First Language)
Spanish (Some Phrases)

Estonian (First Language)
English (Somewhat)
Russian (Have learned it for 6 years now, still can't speak almost anything)

French (native language)
English (been living in the US for many years now)
Spanish (...been living in the US for many years now)
German (can't really speak it, but studied long enough to understand some of it)

I think Jackal pwns us all though.

English is the only language I can really claim to speak. Year 7 French doesn't really count and I've forgotten most of it anyway.

Mandarin (I could understand it if the person speaks slow enough)

I'm getting the feeling that this is the kind of thread that will see everyone from countries where English is not the first language putting those of us from countries where English is the first/only language to shame.

My first language is german. My parents are vietnamese so i can read and talk it really well. In school I learned english and french (and I have good grades too )
I know a girl who speaks all these languages but also latin and russian....

Dont you guys have to learn a secondary language at schooL?

Thai and English. I can also listen/speak Lao (Laos language) since it's very similar to the language being spoken in the eastern part of Thailand.
