What is the best video card?

Does anybody have a clue what is the best video card for laptops? Is it possible to put NVidia's cards in laptops?

I think Nvidia is releasing a new Geforce4 4200 Go for laptops..which smokes the Ati Mobility Radeon 9000...but it won't be out yet for a while..so i think the best right now would be Ati!
