Well I don't have a console but Tekken 6 hasn't been that interesting for me. It feels like Tekken 5 with a makeover.

Got it from Gamefly and played for about an hour. Basically Tekken 5 with more characters, better graphics and a horrible story mode.

I've been playing Tekken 6 for the past couple of days and it is amazing. It is a different type of fighting game compared to Street Fighter but I like it too. It is a very good game and very deep. Every single figther has its own unique fighting style.

You can't really compare Tekken to Street Fighter, bboy. As you said, both are different as a fighting game.
Virtua Fighter and probably DOA are the games that can be compared to Tekken.
Virtua Fighter > Tekken > DOA, imo.

DOA being far behind. Well, I can't say for the newer ones. But the earlier ones just had the bouncing boobs going for them.

While I'm much more into Tekken. I can't deny what the haters are saying about the button-mashing. I haven't gotten much playing time with VFs but I like it. Except for the floaty jumps.
