im using photoshop cs3 how can i do the pinstrips of orlando magic jersey.

im just a beginner in photoshop. pls. help me!!!

Rectangular marquee tool, just keep the selection thin enough. Or right-click the marquee tool to put up the Single Column Marquee tool, which has an automatic pixel setting of 1.
