MLB Trade Deadline

I personally find this year's trade deadline exciting because of the Roy Halladay trade talks. I'm glad that right now, Doc haven't been moved by Ricarrdi yet, although Doc really deserves to go to a contending team though.
I though the Cards acquiring Matt Holliday was a good move because it could really give them a RBI man and a reliable power hitter behind Pujols.
Most recently, Cliff Lee going to Philly is definitely the trade that I think would have the most effect. Since, the Phillies can't get Halliday they turn to Cliff Lee, and this is a great replacement for Halladay. I guess with this trade they're a lot closer to another championship.
Anyone else have any thoughts?

Ricarrdi should be the one leaving town, not Halladay. He has made it into a circus by leaking info and setting phony deadlines. But, if he does trade him I would make the team take on Wells or Rios' salary and settle for less or not as highly touted prospects. Those contracts are really killing the Jays.

As for other teams, I really like the Phils move. They kept their top prospects and J.A. Happ, who is pitching pretty good for last years Cy Young winner. That's two straight years the Indians shipped Cy Young winners away (thank you from a Tigers fan) with C.C. and Lee. The Pirates are gutting their organization which is long overdue and getting decent prospects in return. My Tigers need to step up and make a move now. We are a first place team with last place problems. We need starting pitching (Washburn, Duke, Harang?), a corner outfielder (Dunn, Willingham, Luke Scott?) and another lefty out of the pen (Downs maybe).
