Watch movies on iPhone

I converted my DVD to mp4 and added to itunes.Its on the movies section but when i sync my iphone it does not upload it.How can i do it??

Just search youtube through the proxy for movies on iphone, there are several videos, I don't know which one would help you since I don't own an iphone.
