Rule Amendments (Jan 27th 2009)

The rules have been amended to reflect the updated signature limits, expand on a few points that were a little unclear in the last amendment and to account for the warning system available to us now that we're running phpBB3. They are largely the same, the same things that have always been against the rules are still prohibited but if you haven't checked out the rules yet or would like a refresher, you can check them out here.
