Graphic Card Problem

Help please because my cousin have a graphic card ATI Radeon X1600 series 256MB and he can play NBA 2k9 with settings all high PCI 16x but my computer have ATI Radeon X1650PRO 512MB AGP 8x cant play NBA 2K9 at settings all high only low :cry: is there a problem with my graphic card?

Possibly, that card should be good enough. Do you have the latest drivers installed?

Something's definitely not right as I believe that card should be good enough. Are you having problems with any other game though?

None but i can run other game on low settings, but he can play it on high like Left 4 Dead and any other games

Fair enough then. With that in mind, it's less likely to be a fault with your card but maybe there's an issue with your card and 2K9. Check out the 2K9 section of the Forum, I believe a patch has been released but I don't know anything about it. Failing that, you could get in touch with Take Two's tech support; if other games are working fine then your video card is likely OK. Perhaps it's your other specs that are the problem?

man, what processor u got? and how much of RAM do u got? cuz i have radeon x1950 GT and run 2k9 on low - medium! i got 3 Ghz proc + 1 GR Ram
