hey guys, just fonder, what are the prices on apartments, houses in Your country.

i'm starting: since i've been living in town Tver (half-million population) and new Moscow (2 hours away) we've got CRAZIest prices on apartments, and i'm not even talking about houses!
me and my wife bought an apartment in feb. 2008 in new house, construction works still in progress, and we plan to move there in Jan 2009!
so the price was 2.700.000 rubles, in $ it was like $110.000 (66.5 square meters, 4-th floor)! in two month price of an apartment just like ours, but on the 9-th floor rices to 3.700.000 mln rubles, so not we've got 2-room apartment (1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen, 1 bath) - 4000000 - 6500000 mln rubles = $148 - $ 240k!
so what could u tell me about your country?

In Latvia , Riga as much as i know - 2-room apartment 100$-250$ (the rent). Can try to find some info about houses if you need.
