NLSC Forum Update & Downtime

On Friday, November 14th at around 9 AM Australian EDST (around 5 PM ET on Thursday if you're in the US; if you're unsure of the time difference please check this world clock) we will be attempting to upgrade our Forum to phpBB3 software. To ensure no data is lost, we will need to deactivate the Forum for at least a few hours. If all goes well, the Forum should be back up and running on phpBB3 software within the day, otherwise we will revert back to phpBB2 and attempt the upgrade at a later date.

I apologise for the inconvenience, the update will be better for everyone in the long run however and it is important that we shut down the Forum so that no posts are lost during the upgrade process. Once the upgrade is complete everything should work as before, though you may have to re-upload your avatar and re-enter your custom title if you're using one. During the downtime everything else will be functional and updates will be posted on the main page.
