hi
So What i want to know now is, how to get fat?
I eat a lot (4-6 times a day, not a snack but rally eat something like chicken) , but seems not enough. I just cant get fat.
You ask me why do i want to get fat? Because i'm skinny. from that fat, later i want to get muscles (by trainig), because now it makes no point to do it for me. I get stronger, but not bigger. I'm 16, i'm 1.91m, 70 kg .
So do you have any suggestions? What should i eat,do or something. Come on Fatties , help me

you dont wanna get fat. Getting Fat is not gonna help you build muscle. Bulk is nothing without strength.

I get stronger, but not bigger.
That's what matters.
I can't get fat either, but if I eat healthy and exercise, I notice too that I get stronger without really gaining any weight. You really don't want to start eating junk just to gain weight, that won't necessarily have the anticipated effect...

Want to get Fat to have something to work on.

next is illogical, fat is not something to work off of. You know what happens if you get fat then work out? You lose fat. Chill out and keep getting stronger. I went from benching 110 to benching 210 in a couple years work and never gained a pound.

Yeah, the only thing you may have to work on could be cholesterol if you just want "to get fat"...

I think he meant he wants to bulk up, as in gain weight, not necessarily fat weight. You can only get so strong without actually gaining weight. Benching 300 lbs. or whatever counts nothing if you're gonna get pwned every time you set foot on a football field or a basketball court. You could lift a freaking car but a heavier guy would still knock you to the ground or push you around with ease. And you wouldn't be able to move him a single inch.
You said bulk is nothing without strength, but again, strength doesn't count shit without bulk, especially in physical sports. I'm just 5-11 and I played C/PF my whole life. Guys as tall as 6-5 couldn't get the job done better than me. Why? I weighed 15-20 lbs. more than them, not to mention pretty much everyone else on the court. Nobody was strong/heavy enough to get past me, into the paint.
Anyway, on topic, what you want to do is maximize your protein intake. Eat as much protein as you can and get some kind of protein supplement, I suggest whey or casein protein as, from my personal experience, they work faster than other protein supplements.

well thanks, youre the one that really understands me.

Well, with a title like "How to get fat?", I think confusion is understandable

I understood you Next: you just had the wrong term and i was waiting for you to realize it. Fat is completely different from size.
Joe' as for your point: sure in some physical sports bulk does help but if you have the strength you dont NEED the bulk because you usually gain speed and agility. Plenty of examples in American Football of this. Julius Peppers actually got worse the bulkier he got. Also: in basketball due to the lifting (its not like i was just benching, it was just an example) i may not have gained weight, but i was able to resist being pushed around more often, got better at not turning over the ball, getting around big men, and even my shooting range due to the added strength. I'm twice the player at basketball than I used to be: all because of added strength but no added weight.

Fat is okay as long as you don't have too much. I used to look "one step above Auschwitz" as my friends would say... but a little bit of table muscle later, and I now look healthy. My bodyfat is 8 or 9% I think. At one point it was 6 or 7%.

Yep, goto a college that costs a lot and screws you out of your previous degree's credits, have a girlfriend with an abusive past and a pure bitch of a mother, get a psychopathic roommate who attacks the people who prevent him from drinkin & driving & also has access to guns, and stop physically playing any sport that you love because of numerous knee injuries. Also college food helps as well.
All of that stress, lack of exercise and shitty food will fatten your ass right up.....
