A handful that I'd definitely recommend include reviews for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Double Dragon III, the Power Glove, Ghostbusters (all three episodes), The Simpsons games (Bart vs The Space Mutants & Bart vs The World), The Wizard/Super Mario Bros 3 and NES Accessories as well as the video about bad/confusing sequel titles and the Zelda timeline.

How 'bout Silver Surfer, Bible Games and McKids? His tirade at the end of TMNT is awesome.

Depends how frequently you go on tirades about old video games.

I think I sawq an video of this from Gametrailers where he was talking about the old Nintendo Console thing that had the visor, Virtual Boy I think. Pretty amusing.

I'm actually a fan of both of those Simpsons games but his reviews/rants are spot on, especially about the controller. You kind of get used to it but it was an awkward controller configuration compared to the Super Mario Bros series and other platformers.

I tend to tirade about how everything now sucks and the old shit was better...i dont play shitty old games ever though, just shitty new stuff so yeah...

Even better, that's an area the AVGN doesn't really touch.

He is pretty funny and doesn't need to put himself into one area. He could do more than bash old video game designers with his skills. He would be funnier than letterman, the redheaded guy or colbert doing tv shows.

The only problem is AVGN (and the Nostalgia Critic for that matter) are too profane for television and their humour would really be weakened by having to conform to standard and practices. The Internet gives them a lot more freedom so they can be a lot more wild and openly profane and it doesn't matter.

That's only because the people in control of the media are into double standards so much it makes me want to puke.
