Bob Saget Roast (Comedy Central)

These things haven't been so great after getting away from the Friars Club, but nevertheless.

Him holding the expression after the brilliant dog joke is one of the most epic things I've ever seen.

(You can find pretty much all of it on that website. Gilbert and others had some good moments. Especially when Norm chimes in from the roaster audience as he does in Jim Norton's and someone I now forget.)

Decent roast. Better than the previous few ones I'd say..
Giraldo was somewhat solid as always. Gilbert surprised me. And it was great to see Brian Posehn in it as well.. Good lineup..

Yeah Gilbert Godfried had a pretty funny set. Norm's jokes were not funny at all, but his actual performance was still hilarious.

Can't say I was a fan of Norm's anti-roast style, I had to watch Celebrity Jeopardy after. Other than that, the whole roast was pretty good, to me though it looked like Saget had too much control over everyone. I wonder if what Norm did was payback to Saget for something since he seemed to enjoy it more than everyone else.

I thought it was an amazing roast and it focused on trying to actually be funny instead of just random and making pussy jokes or clock jokes (pamela and flava flav just werent that great). I think Norm's bit was to make fun of Saget for shit like Full House and AFHV. He told very clean terrible terrible jokes. I'm surprised people were SURPRISED by Gottfried. His voice is grating but he's always been very funny. I just with they had explained some of the connections better (like wtf Jim Norton and Brian Posehn and Greg Giraldo had to do with Saget) other than just "knowing" him.

After a half hour of jokes about how dry Cloris Leachman's pussy is, it was perfect. The delivery was perfect with holding the expressions. (I wanted to read something funny, so I'm reading Marmaduke. Ladies and gentlemen, this man is for the birds. Apparently, they want to murder you in a well...it says here on this card. No offense, but...your face...looks...like a califlower. You're a fucking dogface, how can you not get that? When he wears a hat! I don't think I'm telling any tales out of school. What the H is that for! This concludes... I don't think there's a person in here that would not love to watch Henry Fonda pick blueberries.)

man these roasts are pretty fucking bad, the guy getting "roasted" is the safest one in the room. everyone else constantly bashes the other so called roasters instead
