DirectX 9 vs DirectX 10

Hi.
Well This is the real truth about DirectX 10.
Well everyone knows these pics:
Image
-Yeah right, water is so real so thats inposible ingame, and the sky is too real. So fake.

Image
-Yeah..I say a good mod or a nice job with photoshop. Btw look at the sky and now look at the 1st pic.. You now see that 1st pic is fake.

Now what I've made. Since My Xp was kinda Fucked-up I desided to install, but first I had an idea to take some pics how does it looks on DirectX 9.c .
Today I installed Windows Vista, With DirectX10.
But My Videocard comes with DirectX 10.1 so its better.
The game is one of the newest called Flatout Ultimate Carnage with HQ graphics.
So Here it is.

It's just like when DX9 sucked in comparison to DX8! I don't see any difference in games built around DX8 with my new Radeon 9700! DirectX9 is a waste of time, why would anyone ever make games for it when it doesn't look better in games built for DX8!

And what's wrong the sky in the first picture? It's always going to be a skybox, you can put any picture you want up there. Look at some of the various Source-based games' custom maps.
