wiimote to bluetooth problem

im currently using this type of bluetooth on my laptop and im having problems getting my wiimote connected to it, thing is that its taking longer than usual to work, any help here, please?
also, the version of bluesoleil im using right now is 2.7.0.13 VoIP Release 071227
