Want to be a Technical Support in EA Sports based in Manila?

Wed Apr 16, 2008 7:31 pm

Requirements :
- Degree holder.
- Filipino citizen or valid working visa holder.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiar with EA Sports games for consoles and PC.
- Have the guts to play and be paid.

Give me a PM if you're interested and qualified.

This is definitely the best place to post this kind of job position :lol:

A few notes:
- You will get a lot of PMs but not many qualified individuals in the "Good communications skills" criteria.
- If you see a "shadowgrin" PM, he is your qualified candidate.

what the hell

Play and be paid for technical support? Technical support is more of answering phones and emails.

Thu Apr 17, 2008 8:39 am

must mean play with each other, something EA does a little too much

i don't think anyone qualifies on this forum.

The Phillippines? If this is for real, then EA must be outsourcing like crazy.

Yes play and be paid. You can't support anything unless you're familiar with what you're supporting. That's where the playing jumps in. You have training for every game your supporting.

Hehehe. . .only 3 positions left.

Thanks!

It's not that why I don't believe this. Things like these should be advertised on print locally.

HEY! :x
I've been to AUS but never heard them call me a "bloke" when I worked there as a tile specialist in Darling Harbour, Sydney for 6 months. Instead they were so appreciative that we managed to do the job so diligently and efficiently everytime. Watch your mouth mate! :(

@Lean
If you're working in MLA, you might have heard this. So sorry that you haven't heard this. I think they're located in Ortigas. And to clear things this is not a branch but a mere outsourcing. :idea:

@Deidei
And why would I spam? It's just a waste of time! It doesn't even come to my mind since I support NLSC in 2004. Maybe you fingers have slipped what your mind wants to do. Hehehe! :wink:

Anyway, all the positions has been closed and filled.

Thanks though!

Interesting, I have a tiling client who has been in business for over 30 years, but is having increased problems winning big jobs these days because their competitors can undercut them by using cheap (& illegal) Asian workers to do the work....not saying you're one of them, but a strange coincidence for sure....no wonder why your employer was so appreciative :D
